The Trustee Banks (Change of Name) Order 1988

Pursuant to section 3 (3) of the Trustee Banks Act 1983, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

Order

1. Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Trustee Banks (Change of Name) Order 1988.

(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.

2. Approval of change in name—Trust Bank Eastern and Central is hereby given approval to change its name to Trust Bank Central.

Explanatory Note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order gives Trust Bank Eastern and Central approval to change its name to Trust Bank Central.

Reservation of Land

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Conservation, with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.

215.6000 hectares, more or less, being Section 16, Block X, Pakauamu Survey District, situated in NZMS 261, S17 sheets 5.1 and 5.2. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1935, page 2481 and 1939, page 290. S.O. Plan 56831.

Reserves Act 1977

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Manager, Department of Conservation hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the recreation reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

North Auckland Land District—Mount Eden Borough

171 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 2, D.P. 76991, situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District. Part certificate of title 33B/1395. L.T. Plan 117788.

Second Schedule

North Auckland Land District—Mount Eden Borough

174 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 1, D.P. 111102, situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District. Part certificate of title 62C/572. L.T. Plan 117788.

Amendment to a Notice Revoking the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Land and Fauna hereby amends an error in the notice revoking the reservation over Lot 1, D.P. 40797, dated 23 November 1987 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 10 December 1987, No. 221, page 5674, by omitting from the said notice Lot 1, D.P. 40797 and inserting in its place Lot 30, D.P. 40797.

Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Deputy Regional Manager for the Waikato Region of the Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose reserve (site for public hall) subject to the provisions of the said Act.
