Vocational Training Council Act 1982
Aviation and Travel Industry Board Notice 1980, Amendment No. 2
Pursuant to section 34 of the Vocational Training Council Act 1982, the Minister of Employment hereby gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
- (1) This notice shall be cited as the Aviation and Travel Industry Board Notice 1980, Amendment No. 2, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Aviation and Travel Industry Notice 1980* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publishing in the Gazette.
- Clause 2 (1) of the principal notice is hereby amended by—
(a) Revoking paragraph (a) thereof and substituting the following paragraph:
"(a) One member appointed by the Chief Executive of Air New Zealand Limited."
(b) Revoking paragraph (d) thereof and substituting the following paragraph:
"(d) One member appointed by the Chief Executive of Ansett New Zealand Limited."
(c) Revoking paragraph (e) thereof and substituting the following paragraph:
"(e) Two members appointed by the Travel Agents Association of New Zealand Incorporated."

Clause 2 (1) of the principal notice (as amended by clause 3 of the Aviation and Travel Industry Board Notice 1980, Amendment No. 1†) is hereby amended by revoking paragraphs (i) and (j).

Clause 2 (2) of the principal notice is hereby amended by revoking the expression "two" and substituting the expression "three".

Pursuant to section 34 (4) of the Vocational Training Council Act 1982, the Minister of Employment hereby gives the following notice.

This notice may be cited as the Voluntary Welfare Agency Training Board Disestablishment Notice 1988.

This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of August 1988.

The Voluntary Welfare Agency Training Board established by the Voluntary Welfare Agency Training Board Notice 1984* (as amended by the Voluntary Welfare Agency Training Board Notice 1984, Amendment No. 1†) is hereby disestablished.

The Voluntary Welfare Agency Training Board Notice 1984* (as amended by the Voluntary Welfare Agency Training Board Notice 1984, Amendment No. 1†) is hereby revoked.

National Roads Board
National Roads Act 1953
Revoking State Highway and Declaring Public Highway to be State Highway
Pursuant to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board, acting with the written approval of the Minister of Transport, gives notice that the State highway described in the First Schedule hereto is revoked and that the public highway described in the Second Schedule hereto is declared to be a State highway, within the meaning and for the purposes of the National Roads Act.
First Schedule
All that section of No. 5 State Highway in Rotorua City. From the northern boundary of the City of Rotorua, along Fairy Springs Road, Lake Road, Ranolf Avenue, Amohau Street, Fenton Street to the southern boundary of the city.
Second Schedule
No. 5 State Highway (Rotorua City)
All that section of public highway. From the northern boundary of the City of Rotorua along Fairy Springs Road, Old Taupo Road, Pukuatua Street, Tawa Street, Amohau Street, Fenton Street and Hemo Road to the southern boundary of the city.

Bylaw Prescribing Traffic Lane for Use by Omnibuses Only
Pursuant to section 72 (1) (kb) of the Transport Act 1962 and section 13 of the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board makes the following bylaw.
N o t i c e
BYLAW
-
This bylaw may be cited as National Roads Board Bylaw 1988/1.
-
This bylaw shall come into force on the 18th day of July 1988.
-
In this bylaw "omnibus" means a motor vehicle designed exclusively or principally for the carriage of more than 14 persons, or designed exclusively or principally for the carriage of persons and for the time being carrying more than 14 persons.
