Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Wellington Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A (14) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (1) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, David Oughton, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Wellington Licensing Committee on 27 March 1987 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Wakefield Hotel, 159 Cuba Street, Wellington.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (8) of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974 and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carme Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Piako County) Notice No. 1, 1987.

The Piako County Council's proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule is approved.

The Road Classification (Piako County) Notice No. 1, 1982, dated the 19th day of May 1982*, issued pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974, which relates to the roads described in the Schedule, is revoked.

The Traffic (Bruce District) Notice No. 1, 1987
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carme Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Bruce District) Notice No. 1, 1987.
The area specified in the First Schedule is declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The Traffic (Bruce County) Notice No. 1, 1973, dated the 20th day of February 1973*, and the Traffic (Milton Borough) Notice No. 1, 1973, dated the 9th day of July 1973†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956 are revoked.

SITUATED within Bruce District at Milton.
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the south-eastern side of the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) at Salmonds Creek Bridge; thence north-easterly, generally, along the south-eastern side of the said State highway across Helensbrook Road and across Highgate Road to its north-eastern side, thence south-easterly, generally, by a right line to the north-eastern end of Constitution Avenue; thence southerly, generally, by a right line to the north-eastern end of Sunny Avenue; thence southerly generally, by a right line to a point on the north-eastern side of Springfield Road 60 metres measured south-easterly, generally, along the said road from Chaucer Street; thence across Springfield Road from its north-eastern side to its south-eastern side; thence south-westerly, generally, by a right line to a point on the north-eastern side of Lisburn Street 50 metres measured south-easterly, generally along the said road from Burns Street; thence across Lisburn Street from its north-eastern side to its south-eastern side; thence south-westerly, generally, by a right line to a point on the north-eastern side of Tokoiti Road 80 metres measured south-easterly, generally, along the said road from Burns Street; thence across Tokoiti Road from its north-eastern side to its south-western side; thence north-westerly, generally, along Tokoiti Road to the south-eastern side of Hogg Street; thence south-westerly generally along Hogg Street from Tokoiti Road and along the prolongation of that line to the north-eastern bank of the Tokomairiro River; thence northerly and westerly generally along the said bank of the south-eastern side of the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff); thence across No. 1 State Highway.
