Land Acquired for Maori Housing Purposes in Block IV,
Horohoro Survey District, Rotorua District

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired for Maori housing purposes and shall vest in the
Crown on the 18th day of June 1987.

ALL that piece of land containing 1183 square metres, situated in
Block IV, Horohoro Survey District, being Te Koutu E 63 Block.

Declaring a Sewage Easement to be Acquired over Land for
Maori Housing Purposes in Gisborne City

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, a sewage easement to be forever
appurtenant to the land held for Maori housing purposes described
in the Second Schedule is hereby acquired (and may be surrendered
at any time by notice in the Gazette) on the 18th day of June 1987
vesting in the Crown (called the grantee) the right to drain sewage
across the land described in the First Schedule hereto by means of
piped drains, such grant being in accordance with paragraphs 4 and
5 of the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952 provided
that:

(1) The owner of the land in the First Schedule (called the grantor)
may at his cost (including all legal and survey costs) relocate
the pipeline and in so relocating the grantor shall ensure
that there is no disruption of the Crown's right to drain
sewage.

(2) The grantor shall not erect any building or structure nor plant
any tree or shrub over the pipeline, or any relocated
pipeline.

FIRST SCHEDULE

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 48 square metres, situated in the
City of Gisborne, being part Lot 6, D.P. 6191; as shown marked
‘A’ on S.O. Plan 7900, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor
at Gisborne.

SECOND SCHEDULE

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2943 square metres, situated in
the City of Gisborne, being Awapuni 1L1 Block, being all of the
land in certificate of title 4B/374.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule
hereto is hereby acquired for water works purposes, and the land
described in the Second Schedule is hereby acquired for proper
development of that land in terms of section 81(1) (a) of the Town
and Country Planning Act 1977 and both areas shall vest in The
Napier City Council on the 18th day of June 1987.
