Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in the County of Waimarino

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development —

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto to be road and vested in The Waimarino County Council on the 18th day of June 1987

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 25A/751, subject to memoranda of mortgage 297827.2, 511874.2 and 511874.4.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be stopped and to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 608, folio 246, subject to memoranda of mortgage 566117.2 and 965313.

(d) Declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule, hereto to be taken under section 119(1) and to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 25A/751, subject to memoranda of mortgage 297827.2, 511874.2 and 511874.4.

(e) Declares the land described in the Sixth Schedule, hereto to be taken under section 119(1) and to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 608, folio 246, subject to memoranda of mortgage 566117.2 and 965313.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for motorway and shall vest in the Crown on the 18th day of June 1987.
