PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road,

(b) Stops the said road,

(c) And further, pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, sets apart the said stopped Government road in connection with a road.

Declaring Land to be Road, Road to be Stopped and Land Taken in Blocks II and III, Aparima Hundred, Wallace County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Wallace County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 1-17, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that the stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 175, folio 290.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and declares that the land shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 175, folio 290.
