Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 11th day of May 1987, presented to the said Court by AMBLER & Co. LIMITED; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Christchurch on the 24th day of June 1987 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
Notice is hereby given that the special partnership between WAIMANGU THERMAL VALLEY TOURS LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Rotorua, and EARLE CECIL INGLE of Auckland, company director, the articles of which special partnership were certified under section 51 of the Act and acknowledged and registered under section 54 of the Act by way of registration in the said High Court on the 19th day of June 1986 has been dissolved.
The date of dissolution and such special partnership was the 3rd day of June 1987. Notice of this certificate of dissolution has been published in accordance with section 56 of the Act.
The Common Seal of Waimangu Thermal Valley Tours Limited was hereunto affixed in the presence of:
