Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block VII, Waitakere Survey District, Buller County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Buller County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

New Plymouth Girls’ High School Board of Governors
Notice 1987

PURSUANT to section 51 and 54 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

1. (a) This notice may be cited as the New Plymouth Girls’ High School Board of Governors Notice 1987.
   (b) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of August 1987.

2. There shall be a Board of Governors for New Plymouth Girls’ High School which shall be constituted as follows:
   (a) One member appointed by the Taranaki Education Board;
   (b) One member elected by the teachers of New Plymouth Girls’ High School; but the member so elected may not be appointed as chairman or deputy chairman of the board;
   (c) Six members elected by the parents of pupils attending New Plymouth Girls’ High School;
   (d) One member appointed by the New Plymouth Girls’ High School Old Girls Association;
   (e) One member co-opted by the Board of Governors itself to represent the interests of local Maori and Pacific Island organisations;
   (f) One member appointed by the Board of Governors itself to represent the parents of pupils residing in any boarding establishment which may be under the administration of the Board of Governors.

3. The New Plymouth High Schools Board shall cease to control New Plymouth Girls’ High School and the sole control of that school shall be vested in the Board of Governors constituted by clause 2 of this notice.

Epsom Girls’ Grammar School Board of Governors Notice 1987

PURSUANT to section 51 and 54 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Epsom Girls’ Grammar School Board of Governors Notice 1987.
   (b) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of August 1987.

2. There shall be a Board of Governors for Epsom Girls’ Grammar School which shall be constituted as follows:
   (a) One member appointed by the Auckland Education Board;
   (b) One member elected by the teachers of Epsom Girls’ Grammar School; but the member so elected may not be appointed as chairman or deputy chairman of the board;
   (c) Seven members elected by the parents of pupils attending Epsom Girls’ Grammar School;
   (d) One member appointed by the Epsom Girls’ Grammar School Old Girls Association;
   (e) One member appointed by the University of Auckland;
   (f) Two members appointed by the Board of Governors itself.

3. The Auckland Grammar Schools Board shall cease to control Epsom Girls’ School and the sole control of that school shall be vested in the Board of Governors constituted by clause 2 of this notice.
