Notice Revoking Classification of Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna) as a Class B Noxious Plant

The notice declaring hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna) a Class B noxious plant in that part of New Zealand lying within the boundaries of Bay of Islands District Noxious Plants Authority, published in the New Zealand Gazette on 13 March 1986, No. 38, page 1136 is hereby revoked.

This notice shall come into effect on the day after the date of notification in the Gazette.

The Traffic (Rangiora District) Notice No. 1. 1987
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Rangiora District) Notice No. 1, 1987.
The roads specified in the Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The Traffic (Rangiora County) Notice No. 1, 1971, dated the 19th day of November 1971*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956 is revoked.
SCHEDULE
Situated within Rangiora District at Cust.
No. 72 State Highway (Woodend - Winchester): from a point 300 metres measured easterly, generally, along the said State highway from Swamp Road to a point 700 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said State highway from Mill Road.
Earleys Road: from the No. 72 State Highway (Woodend - Winchester) to a point 250 metres measured southerly, generally, along Earleys Road from the said State highway.
Mill Road: from the No. 72 State Highway (Woodend - Winchester) to a point 200 metres measured north-westerly and northerly, generally, along Mill Road from the said State highway.

PURSUANT to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1955, an order was made in the District Court at Christchurch on Thursday, the 19th day of February 1987 against Doreen Myrtle Fraser for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:

Notice to Make Returns of Income under the Income Tax Act 1976
PURSUANT to the Income Tax Act 1976, the Commissioner of Inland Revenue gives notice as follows.
(1) Returns of income for the year ended 31 March 1987 (or other approved balance date) are required from:
(a) All companies, all partnerships, all persons in business (including farming) or in a profession, all persons in partnership, all trustees, executors and administrators, notwithstanding that by reason of a loss being incurred for the year or carried forward from a previous year, no taxation is payable.
(b) Every person whose total income from employment exceeded $11,500.
(c) Every person whose total income from employment was $11,500 or less but has operated either a special tax code or an incorrect tax code during the tax year.
(d) Every person who derived income from employment, the whole or any part of which was not taxed at source.
(e) Every person who derived interest and/or dividends, exceeding $200.
(f) Every person who derived assessable income other than income from employment, except that no return is required where the total income did not exceed $200 and consisted exclusively of interest and dividends.
(g) Every person who paid provisional tax in respect of income for the year ended 31 March 1987.
(h) Every person who received withholding payments.
(i) Every person who derived income from National Superannuation and income from other sources, where that income from other sources is in excess of $7,202 for a person on the single rate of National Superannuation and $6,006 for a person on the married rate of National Superannuation.
(j) Every person who was entitled to the family rebate and, where applicable, the spouse or any other person comprising the family within the meaning of section 53C of the Income Tax Act 1976.
(k) Every person and, where applicable, the spouse of that person within the meaning of section 374A of the Income Tax Act 1976, where either person or spouse were issued with a Family Support Certificate of Entitlement under Part XIA of that Act.
(l) Every person who derived any income as a shearer or as a shearing shedhand.
(m) Every incorporated and unincorporated body which derived assessable income.
(2) Returns may be furnished by posting or delivering them to the office of the Inland Revenue Department nearest to the place of residence of the taxpayer, or if the taxpayer’s records are held in another office of the Department, then to the latter office.
