Amending Proclamations Taking Land for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Blocks I and II, Whakatane Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand hereby:

(a) Amend the Proclamation dated 27 September 1967 published in the New Zealand Gazette of 5 October 1967, No. 63 at page 1730 and registered as No. S. 389313, South Auckland Land Registry, declaring land to be taken for soil conservation and river control purposes in Block I, Whakatane Survey District, Whakatane County by inserting after the words “is hereby taken” in the fourth line the words “subject as to the land first, secondly, fourthly and ninthly described to the water pipeline easement created by Court Order No. S. 301562, South Auckland Land Registry”.

(b) Amend the Proclamation dated 4 October 1968 published in the New Zealand Gazette of 10 October 1968, No. 62, at page 1745 and registered as No. S. 421715, South Auckland Land Registry, taking land for soil conservation and river control purposes in Blocks I and II, Whakatane Survey District, Whakatane County and Whakatane Borough by inserting after the words “is hereby taken” in the fourth line the words “subject as to the land first and secondly described to the pipeline easement created by Court Order No. 11289, South Auckland Land Registry; and subject to the land thirdly described to the pipeline easements created by Court Orders 11289 and No. S. 301561, South Auckland Land Registry”.

(c) Amend the Proclamation dated 25 November 1971 published in the New Zealand Gazette of 16 December 1971, No. 100 at page 2891 and registered as No. S. 544529, South Auckland Land Registry, taking land for soil conservation and river control purposes in Blocks I and II, Whakatane Survey District, Whakatane County by inserting after the words “is hereby taken” in the fourth line the words “subject as to the land first described to the pipeline easements created by Court Orders 11289 and S. 301561, subject as to the land thirdly described to the pipeline easement created by Court Order No. 11289, and subject as to the land sixthly described to the pipeline easement created by Court Order No. 11289 and S. 301562, all South Auckland Land Registry”.
