of Remy Chan Holdings Limited, a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at 86 Grey Road, Timaru:

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the
aabove-named company by the High Court was, on the 9th day of
April 1987, presented to the said Court by the Crown acting through
the Minister of Works and Development; and that the said
petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Timaru
on the 29th day of June 1987 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and
any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support
or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear
at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose;
and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to
any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy
on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Inland Revenue; and that the said petition is directed to be heard

of Quail Hill Angoras Limited and Company:

It is hereby certified pursuant to section 51 of the Partnership Act
1908 that:

  1. The name of the special partnership is Quail Hill Angoras
    Limited and Company.

  2. The names, addresses, occupations and capital contributions
    of the general and special partners are as set forth in the Schedule
    hereunder.

  3. The business of the partnership will be as follows:

(a) To establish and carry on in New Zealand or elsewhere the
business of farmers, and without limiting the generality thereof the business of breeders and farmers of angora goats.

(b) To undertake and carry out all other things which in the
opinion of the general partner and the special partners may
be conveniently or profitably undertaken by the partnership
whether or not such things shall be similar in nature to
the above-mentioned business and whether or not the
partnership is engaged in the above-mentioned business.

(c) To purchase, lease, take on hire or by any other means acquire
any real or personal property and any rights, licences,
privileges, or easements which the partnership may think
necessary or convenient for the purposes of the partnership
business.

(d) To manage, maintain, develop, exchange, mortgage, lease, sell
or otherwise deal with or dispose of all or any part of the
property of the partnership.

  1. The principal place at which the business of the partnership
    will be conducted is Taupo.

  2. The partnership shall commence upon registration of this
    certificate pursuant to section 54 of the Partnership Act 1908 and
    subject to the provisions in the deed of participation relating to
    earlier dissolution shall terminate upon the expiry of 5 years from
    the date of registration of this certificate.

THE BUILDING SOCIETIES ACT 1965

Notice Under Section 34 (3)

NOTICE is hereby given that the saving shareholders of the Marac
Building Society whose registered office is at corner Mayoral Drive
and Greys Avenue Auckland, desires to transfer their engagements
to the United Building Society and that the Society first named in
this paragraph has applied to the Registrar of Building Societies to
confirm the transfer, notwithstanding that the consent in writing of
the holders of two-thirds of the whole number of shares in the said
society has not been obtained in the manner required by the Building
Societies Act 1965.

The above-mentioned application will be heard in Wellington on
Friday, 19 June 1987 at the Registrar’s Office.

Any person wishing to be heard on the said application should
apply by letter to the Registrar of Building Societies, Trustee Bank
House, 8 Willis Street, P.O. Box 1062, Wellington, at least seven
days before the date of the hearing.

Notice Under Section 34 (3)

NOTICE is hereby given that the United Building Society whose
registered office is 107 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, desires to
accept a transfer of the Marac Building Society saving shareholders’
engagements and that the society first named in this paragraph has
applied to the Registrar of Building Societies to confirm the transfer,
notwithstanding that the consent in writing of the holders of two-
thirds of the whole number of shares in the said society has not
been obtained in the manner required by the Building Societies Act
1965.

The above-mentioned application will be heard in Wellington on
Friday, 19 June 1987 at the Registrar’s Office.
