On 23 April 1987 the Commerce Commission determined to give a clearance to a proposal that Fairy Tern Limited increase its shareholding in RADA Corporation Ltd. to 25 percent.

Electrical Wiring Regulations 1976

PURSUANT to the provisions of regulation 18 (3), the following specification is hereby declared as being suitable for the purposes of the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1976.

AUSTRALIAN STANDARD

AS 3150:1985 Approval and Test Specification—Insect Electrocutors. Declared suitable subject to the following conditions.

Compliance with a declared standard shall not preclude the need to comply with the requirements of the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1976.
