  1. The proprietors of the above-named schools may enter into an agreement with the parents or other persons accepting responsibility for the education of a child at the above-named schools requiring them to pay attendance dues.

  2. The attendance dues payable in respect of any pupil shall be a maximum of $100 per annum in primary schools and a maximum of $300 per annum in secondary schools.

  3. Attendance due received by the proprietors shall be used for the purpose of paying for such improvements to, or for such capital works associated with, the buildings and associated facilities of the above-mentioned integrated schools as may be required or approved by the Minister of Education pursuant to section 49 (2) of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, or for meeting debts, mortgages, liens, or other charges associated with any of the land and buildings that constitute the integrated schools.

Notice of Intention to Take Land for the Generation of Electricity in the Borough of Cromwell

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1981, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for the generation of electricity, such land to be used for inundation in connection with the Clutha Valley Development Scheme.

Any person having an estate or interest in the land may, within 20 working days of the date of publication of this notice, send an objection to the Registrar, Planning Tribunal, Tribunals Division, Department of Justice, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of that objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be informed of the time and place of the hearing.

Auckland Electric Power Board Electricity Supply Licence 1987

I, Robert James Tizard, Minister of Energy, acting pursuant to section 20 of the Electricity Act 1968, hereby licence Auckland Electric Power Board hereinafter called the Electrical Supply Authority to supply electricity, and to lay, construct, put up, place and use all electric lines and works which may from time to time be required for the distribution and supply of electricity within the area specified in the Schedule hereto.

This licence is issued subject to the following conditions:

CONDITIONS

  1. This licence may be cited as the Auckland Electric Power Board Electricity Supply Licence 1987.

  2. The Electrical Supply Authority shall comply with the provisions of this licence, the Electricity Act 1968 and all enactments made in amendment to or substitution for that Act, any Electrical Codes of Practice made under that Act, the Electrical Supply Regulations 1984, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1976 and all regulations made in amendment of or substitution for any of those regulations.

  3. Any notice to be given to the Electrical Supply Authority shall be sufficient if given in writing signed by the Minister or by any persons acting under the authority of the Minister.

  4. Any notice to be given on the part of the Minister of Energy shall be sufficient if given in writing signed by the Minister or by any persons acting under the authority of the Minister.

  5. Any notice to be given to the Minister of Energy shall be sufficient if given in writing to or sent by registered post letter addressed to the Secretary of Energy, Ministry of Energy, Wellington.

  6. This licence shall not be construed as granting a consent to generate electricity pursuant to section 25 of the Electricity Act 1968.

  7. This licence shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1987 and shall continue in force for a period of 21 years from that date unless it is sooner lawfully determined in accordance with clauses 8 or 9 hereof.

  8. The Governor-General in Council may pursuant to section 22 of the Electricity Act 1968 cancel this licence if the Electrical Supply Authority is in breach of the provisions contained in clause 2 of these conditions.
