Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Taupo County Council on the 27th day of January 1987:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Taupo County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said county council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be local purpose (water supply) reserve within the meaning of the said Act.”

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—TAUPO COUNTY

1464 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. S. 14240, situated in Block IV, Tuhingamata East Survey District. All certificate of title 12D/1436, saving and excepting all minerals within the meaning of the Land Act 1948 under the surface of the land and reserving always a right of ingress, egress and regress, to all persons lawfully engaged in working any such minerals.
