PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road which pursuant to section 11(1A) of the National Roads Act 1953 shall form part of State Highway 26, and shall vest in The Paeroa Borough Council; and

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be road, vested in The Paeroa Borough Council.
