PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for motorway and shall vest in the Crown on the 14th day of May 1987.

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Block XIII, Thames Survey District, Thames-Coromandel District

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Thames-Coromandel District Council;

(b) Pursuant to section 116 declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped;

(c) Pursuant to section 117 declares that the areas of stopped road firstly and secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto now known as Sections 35 and 32, Block XIII, Thames Survey District respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1050, folio 300, South Auckland Land Registry;

(d) Pursuant to section 117 declares that the area of stopped road thirdly described in the Second Schedule hereto now known as Section 31, Block XIII, Thames Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1729, folio 9, South Auckland Land Registry.
