No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno - Wellington via Gisborne): from a point 50 metres measured south-westerly, along the said highway from Henry Street to a point 480 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said highway from Akatarawa Road.

Order for Confiscation of a Motor Vehicle
On the 26th day of September 1986 in the District Court at Hamilton, Jack Potukua Ngarua Barton of 17 Lily Street, Raglan, was fined $1,100 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 12 months from the 26th day of September 1986, following conviction on charges of (1) excess breath alcohol and (2) failing to stop after an accident.
And in addition to the above-named penalty Judge M. J. Green has ordered that a 1967 Holden motorcar, registration No. DZ 9745 owned by the above named defendant, Jack Potukua Ngarua Barton, be confiscated, pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
Take notice that in the High Court at Hamilton before Mr Justice Doogue on the 7th day of April 1987 an appeal has been allowed and the confiscation order made in this Court on the 26th day of September 1986 has been quashed “The balance of the sentence imposed is undisturbed”.

Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
Pursuant to section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, an order was made in the Upper Hutt District Court on 3 February 1987 against Wayne Donald Brown for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1963 Hunter 90 Registration No. BU 647.

Revoking State Highway and Declaring Public Highway to be State Highway
Pursuant to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board, acting with the written approval of the Minister of Works and Development, gives notice that the State highway described in the First Schedule hereto is revoked, and that the public highway described in the Second Schedule hereto is declared to be a State highway, within the meaning and for the purposes of the National Roads Act.
FIRST SCHEDULE
All that section of No. 72 State Highway commencing at the intersection of High Street and Ashley Street in Rangiora District and proceeding generally in a westerly direction along High Street to the intersection of King Street.
SECOND SCHEDULE
No. 72 State Highway (Woodend-Winchester)
All that section of public highway commencing at the intersection of High Street and Ashley Street in Rangiora District and proceeding generally in a northerly direction along Ashley Street to the intersection of Blackett Street thence in a generally westerly direction along Blackett Street to the intersection of King Street, thence in a generally southerly direction along King Street to the intersection of High Street.

Auckland Harbour Bridge Authority Bylaw 1959, Amendment No. 19
Pursuant to section 72 of the Transport Act 1962 and section 7 of the Auckland Harbour Bridge Authority Dissolution Act 1983, the National Roads Board hereby makes the following bylaw:

This bylaw may be cited as the Auckland Harbour Bridge Authority Bylaw 1959, Amendment No. 19.

This bylaw shall come into effect on the day after its publication in the Gazette.

The Auckland Harbour Bridge Authority Bylaw 1959 is hereby amended by adding, after clause 14, the following clause:
14B (1) This clause gives exemption to Ambulances and Fire Engines from the restriction imposed in the Auckland Harbour Bridge Authority Bylaw 1959, Amendment No. 18 in that Ambulances and Fire Engines may use whatever section of the Auckland Harbour Bridge that for the time being is available for public use.
This bylaw was made by resolution duly passed at a meeting of the National Roads Board held in Wellington on the 23rd day of April 1987.

Aparima College Committee of Management Notice 1987
Pursuant to regulation 3 and 3A of the Education (Committees of Management) Regulations 1981, the Southland Education Board hereby gives the following notice:
NOTICE
- (1) This notice may be cited as the Aparima College Committee of Management Notice 1987.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1987.

The Committee of Management of Aparima College shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Southland Education Board;
(b) One member elected by the teachers on the staff of the school;
(c) Nine members elected by the parents of pupils residing in each of the following Wards consisting of primary and school districts as follows:- Ward 1, Riverton School District, 3 members
- Ward 2, Colac Bay School District, 1 member
- Ward 3, Fairfax School District, 1 member
- Ward 4, Orepuki School District, 1 member
- Ward 5, Pahia School District, 1 member
