PURSUANT to Regulation 4 of the Dairy Factory Managers Regulations 1979, I hereby appoint

Rodney Jack Bennett, senior lecturer of Palmerston North (on the recommendation of the Council of Massey University)

Basil Richard Dew, public servant of Porirua and Brian Campbell Burgess, public servant of Wellington (being members of the Dairy Division of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries)

to be members of the Dairy Factory Managers Registration Board for a term of 2 years from 1 April 1987.

Declaring an Easement to Convey Water Over Land for a State Primary School in Block II, Mount Cerberus Survey District, Dannevirke District to be Acquired

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, an easement in gross (to convey water) is hereby acquired for a State primary school (and may be surrendered at any time by notice in the Gazette) and shall vest in the Crown on the 7th day of May 1987, a right to convey water by means of underground pipes through the land described in the Schedule hereto such grant being in accordance with the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and that all costs of forming and maintaining the water supply shall lie with the Crown.
