Sale of Wanganui Harbour Board Land

I, Richard William Prebble, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to sections 143A (1) (a) and 143c (1) (b) (i) of the Act the sale of land referred to in the Schedule to the lessee by the Wanganui Harbour Board, and I specify that my approval is effective from the date of this notice.

SCHEDULE

ALL that parcel of land containing 1011 square metres, more or less, situated in the City of Wanganui, being Lot 9 on Deposited Plan 18365 and being all the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 12C, folio 933.

Sale of Marlborough Harbour Board Land

I, Richard William Prebble, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to sections 143A (1) (a) and 143c (1) (b) (i) of the Act the sale of land referred to in the Schedule to this notice by the Marlborough Harbour Board, and I specify that my approval is effective from the date of this notice.

1. All that parcel of land containing 1250 square metres (1250 m²), more or less, situated in Block IX, Linkwater Survey District and more particular shown marked “A” on Plan MD (C) 672 deposited in the office of the Regional Secretary for Transport at Wellington.

2. All that parcel of land containing 2800 square metres (2800 m²), more or less, situated in Block IX, Linkwater Survey District and more particularly shown marked “B” on Plan MD (C) 672 deposited in the office of the Regional Secretary for Transport at Wellington.
