PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Ashburton County Council on the 30th day of April 1987.

Leasehold Estate Acquired for the Generation of Electricity in Mackenzie County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by Bendrose Station Ltd. at Timaru, under and by virtue of pastoral lease No. P. 97, recorded in Volume 895, folio 96, Canterbury Land Registry, is hereby acquired for the generation of electricity and shall vest in the Crown on the 30th day of April 1987.
