centered on Trig. A extending in an anti-clockwise direction to mean
high water mark at Matakana Island.

DESCRIPTION OF INWARD LIMITS

1. All the waters and tidal waters of Wairoa River downstream
   of McLarens Falls; and

2. All other tidal waters within the limits defined in the First
   Schedule to this order; excepting thereout the Wairoa River, the
   inwards limits of which is defined in paragraph 1 of the Second
   Schedule to this order.

to be presiding member of the Hillary Commission for Recreation
and Sport for a term of office expiring 31 March 1990.

to be a member of the Hillary Commission for Recreation and

to be a member of the Hillary Commission for Recreation and
