PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Tuapeka County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that the land shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

Declaring Land for Road, Road to be Stopped and Land Taken in Block XIII, Forest Hill Hundred, Southland County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Southland County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The area marked ‘C’ on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 5D/228.

(ii) The areas marked ‘D’ and ‘E’ on the plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 5D/227.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and declares that the area marked ‘B’ on plan shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 5D/228.
