Land Acquired for Road, Limited Access Road and State Highway in Block III, Waiwera Survey District, Rodney County

PURSUANT to sections 20 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a limited access road which has become road, limited access road and State highway, and which pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 1 and shall vest in the Crown on the 9th day of April 1987.

ALL that piece of land containing 104 square metres, situated in Block III, Waiwera Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. 95203; as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 61146, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Declaring Road in the City of Auckland to be a Government Road, to be Stopped and to be Acquired for the Grafton Gully-Beach Road Motorway

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and

(b) Stops the said road.

(c) And further, pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, declares the said stopped Government road to be set apart for the Grafton Gully-Beach Road Motorway.
