At Wellington this 6th day of April 1987
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 3(3) of the Trustee Banks Act 1983, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Trustee Banks (Change of Name) Order 1987.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.
- Approval of changes in name—Each trustee bank named in the first column of the Schedule to this order is hereby given approval to change its name to the name that is set out in the second column of that Schedule opposite its existing name.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order gives each of the trustee banks named in the order approval to change its name.
Vesting Reclaimed Land in the Bay of Islands County Council

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At Wellington this 30th day of March 1987

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 175D of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby vests in The Bay of Islands County Council the land described in the Schedule hereto which land was authorised for reclamation by an Order in Council of 5 August 1974*, such land to be vested as a recreation reserve.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of Crown land containing 3.5525 hectares, situated in Block VIII, Kawakawa Survey District, and described as Section 19 on Plan M.D. 16447 (S.O. 61116), being a plan deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport in Wellington.
The District Land Registrar is hereby authorised to make such entries in his Register as are necessary to give effect to this Order.

Warrant Appointing a Member of the Manawatu Oroua Electric Power Board

PURSUANT to section 17 of the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint
John Crabtree Bennett, Sanson, garage proprietor
to be a representative of the constituent district of Manawatu County on the Manawatu Oroua Electric Power Board.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 30th day of March 1987.
