the westernmost corner of the last-mentioned lot; thence north-westerly along a right line to the westernside of SH 1, to a point in line with the middle of the old river bed of the Waikanae River as shown on ML 1491; thence generally westerly down the middle of that old river bed (ML 1491) to the mean high water mark of the sea coast; thence generally southerly, easterly and northerly along the mean high water mark of the sea coast, crossing the mouths of all rivers, harbours and inlets and including all adjacent islands to the point of commencement.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of April 1987.
