All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Tamaki River, being a point in line with the south-western boundary of Lot 2, Deeds Plan 749, Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, and proceeding north-easterly generally down the middle of the Tamaki River to a point due west of the northern-most extremity of Allomment 410, Pakuranga Parish (Musick Point), Block X, Rangitoto Survey District; thence due east along a right line, to and south-easterly along the line of mean high water of the Hauraki Gulf excluding an area coloured sepia as shown on SO Plan 45032, 78 square metres (3.1 perches), to the westernmost corner of Allotment 341, Pakuranga Parish, Block IV, Otahuhu Survey District; thence north-easterly and southerly along the north-western and eastern boundaries of the said Allotment, to and again along the said line of mean high water, to and along the line of mean high water of the Maungatapu Creek and the Turanga Creek, crossing the intervening Wharf-Road-Maraetai Road and including Allotment 133, Pakuranga Parish and an area edged red as shown on SO Plan 47136, 2.1575 hectares (Total area 5a 1r 13p), Block VIII, Otahuhu Survey District, to and north-easterly generally along the line of mean high water of the Hauraki Gulf, to and along the line of mean high water of the Waikopua Creek, including two unnamed adjacent islands in the Waikopua Creek, and continuing along the line of mean high water of the Hauraki Gulf aforesaid crossing the intervening Wharf-Road-Maraetai Road, and the mouth of the Wairoa River, to and along the line of mean high water of the Firth of Thames, to and northerly generally along the line of mean high water of the Hauraki Gulf, to and south-easterly generally along the line of mean high water of the Pacific Ocean, crossing the mouths of all harbours and inlets to a point on the sea coast being the north-eastern corner of part Takararoa 523A, Block in Block XII, Patutiki Survey District, and proceeding north-westerly generally along the north-eastern boundary of the said part Block and across Mahanga Road, again along the said north-eastern boundary and its production to the middle of the Waiu Stream, up the middle of that stream to a point in line with the southern boundary of part Lot 1, DP 1026, to and along that boundary, across the Palmerston North-Gisborne Railway, along the southern and western boundaries of the said part Lot 6 and the south-western boundary of part Lot 1, DP 2315 to the north-eastern boundary of Section 34, Block XI, Nuhaka North Survey District, along that boundary, the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of Section 17, Block XI, Nuhaka North Survey District, across SH 2 and along the south-western boundary of Section 16, Block XI, Nuhaka North Survey District, to the westernmost corner of that section, along the generally western boundary of the said Section 16, to the intersection of Maraetaha and Tarawa-Tokomaru Roads, along the eastern end of Maraetaha Road, to and along the generally western side of the Tarawa-Tokomaru Road, and along the production of the last right lined roadside south of the Nuhaka River to the middle of that river, down the middle of that river to a point in line with the south-western boundary of part Section 3, Block X, Nuhaka North Survey District, to and along that boundary, the south-eastern boundaries of part Section 2, Block VI, Nuhaka North Survey District, and Lot 1, DP 16751 (Hawkes Bay Registry) to the southernmost corner of that lot, along the western boundary of Lot 1, aforesaid, to the north-eastern corner of Nuhaka 2B2A1, along the generally northern boundary of Nuhaka 2B2A1 to the eastern boundary of Section 9, Block V, Nuhaka North Survey District, southerly along that boundary to the northern side of Mangapapa Road, along that roadside to the south-western corner of Section 2, Block V, Nuhaka North Survey District; thence northerly along the western boundary of the said Section 2, the western and northern boundaries of Section 6, Block V Nuhaka North Survey District, along the western boundary of part Mangapakoe B, across the Waingahe-Mangapapa (Paparatua) Road, and along the production of that western boundary to the middle of the Mangapikoe River; thence north-westerly generally down the middle of that river to its confluence with the Mangaorangi Stream, up the middle of that stream to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of part Mangapikoe 2D, and along that boundary to Trig Station F4, in Block VIII, Opoutama Survey District, northerly along a right line to Trig Station K, in Block III, Opoutama Survey District, along the south-eastern, western, and generally southern boundaries of part Lot 1, DP 1381, to its westernmost corner, northerly along the western boundary of the said part Lot 1, across SH 36, and along the production of that western boundary to the middle of the Hangaroa River, up the middle of that river to a point in line with the southern boundary of part Tauwharetoi 3A, in Block XIV, Hangaroa Survey District, to and along that boundary to the south-western corner of the said part Tauwharetoi 3A, along the eastern boundaries of Tauwharetoi 3B1A, the eastern boundary of Section 11, Block IX, Hangaroa Survey District, across a public road to and along the western boundary of part Section 2, Block X, Hangaroa Survey District, westerly along the southern and western boundaries of Section 3, Block V, Hangaroa Survey District, along the south-western boundary of Section 1A, Block V, Hangaroa Survey District, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of Bushy Knoll Road, south-westerly along the middle of that road to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Section 1, Block VIII, Tauwhu Survey District, to and along that boundary, the south-eastern boundary of Part Lot 20, DP 1950, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of the Ohinetiwea Stream, down the middle of that stream and down the middle of the Kawatamara Stream to the middle of the Hangaroa River, up the middle of the Hangaroa River to a point in line with the western boundary of Section 13, Block XIII, Ngatapa Survey District, westerly along a right line to Trig Station F in Block IV, Tauwhu Survey District, being a point on the north-eastern boundary of Part Lot 20, DP 1950, along the north-eastern boundaries of the said Part Lot 20 and Lot 19, DP 1950, to and along the northern boundary of the last-mentioned, the northern boundaries of part Lots 24 and 23, DP 1952, along the north-eastern boundaries of part Lot 18, DP 1970 and Section 2, Block XV, Koranga Survey District, southerly along the western boundaries of that section and the aforementioned part Lot 18, across Papuni Road and again along the western boundary of the aforementioned part Lot 18 to its intersection in Block II, Tauwhu Survey District, with a right line between Trig Station Puketapu, in Block VII, Tauwhu Survey District, and Trig Station 2126 Maungapohatu, in Block XII, Ruatahuna Survey District, along that right line to the said Trig Station 2126, Maungapohatu, being a point on the south-eastern watershed of the Tauranga and Waimana Rivers; thence generally south-westerly to and along the generally south-eastern watershed of the Whakatane and Whirinaki Rivers to Trig Station Tutungawahakamangi, situated in Block I, Mangahaoi West Survey District; thence southerly and easterly to and along the western and southern boundaries of Pohukura 1, through Tararakeke C along the western boundaries of the former Taraakina No. 1 land the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of the Mohaka River; thence generally south-westerly down the middle of the Mohaka River to its confluence with the middle of the Waipunga River in Block XIII, Waitara Survey District; thence up the middle of that river to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 3, DP 13787; thence westerly generally to and along that boundary and its production to the middle of the Old Taupo-Napier Road; thence generally southerly along the middle of the said road, and the middle of Kowaro Roadway to its intersection with SH 5: thence due west along a right line to the middle of SH 5; thence southerly along the middle of SH 5 to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Kowaro Roadway; thence to and along the said north-western boundary to the north-eastern boundary of part Tarawera 8; thence westerly generally along that boundary, the north-eastern and north-western boundary of Tarawera 10A, the end of Omaru Roadway, again along the north-western boundary and the south-western boundary of Tarawera 10A, to a point in line with the middle of a tributary of the Toropapa Stream, as shown on ML 1404; thence south-westerly to and up the middle of that tributary to the southern boundary of Block X, Tarawera Survey District, approximately 200 metres east of the boundary between Blocks IX and X, Tarawera Survey District: thence westerly along the southern boundary of Blocks X and IX, Tarawera Survey District, to the eastern boundary of Whareatea 1 Block: thence southerly and easterly along the eastern and southern boundaries of that block and the production of the southern boundary to the middle of the Mohaka River; thence south-easterly generally down the middle of that river to a point in line with the southern boundary of Tapapa 3 Block; thence westerly to and along that boundary and north-westerly along the south-western boundary of that block and its production to the middle of the Omaru Stream; thence south-westerly generally up the middle of that stream to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Tapapa 1 and 2 Blocks, to and along that boundary and its production to the middle of the Ngaturoro River; thence down the middle of that river and up the middle of the Tutaekuri River to a point in line with the southern boundary of Block 97, Maraekakaho Crown Grant District; thence south-westerly along that block to Trig Station Y, situated on the eastern boundary of Awarua 1DB2 in Block XII, Pukeokahu Survey District; thence generally southerly along the summit of the Ruahine Range to a point due east of the source of the Kawhatau River; thence generally north-westerly to and along the said right line to and down the middle of the Kawhatau River and the Rangitikei River to and up the middle of the Hautapu River to a point in line with the northern boundary of Part Awarua 4C9A; thence westerly to and along the said boundary and its production to the southern boundary of Section 5, Block VII, Town of Foxton; thence westerly along the southern boundary of Section 5 aforesaid and its production to the middle of Carlson Road; thence generally north-easterly along the middle of the said road to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Lot 3, DP 4034; thence to and along the said boundary, the north-eastern boundaries of Lot 1 and Lot 2, DP 4034 to the northwestern corner of the last-mentioned lot;
