YALDHURST

All that area, bounded by a line commencing at the westernmost corner of Rural Section 41341, being a point on the western boundary of the Fendalton Electoral District, hereinbefore described; and proceeding south-westerly along the middle of Wigram Road to the middle of Awatea Road; thence north-westerly along the middle of Awatea Road to the middle of Wilmers Road; thence south-westerly and generally north-westerly along the middle of Wilmers Road and Halswell Junction Road to the middle of Main South Road (S.H 1); thence westerly and south-westerly along the middle of Main South Road (S.H 1) to the middle of Barbers Road; thence north-westerly along the middle of that road and its production to the middle of the railway to the middle of Waterloo Road; thence generally north-easterly along the middle of Waterloo Road and Pound Road to the middle of Jessons Road; thence easterly along the middle of Jessons Road and its production to a point in line with the middle line of Harewood Road; thence south-easterly to and along the last-mentioned middle line to the middle line of Russley Road, being a point on the western boundary of the Christchurch North Electoral District, hereinbefore described; thence south-easterly generally along the generally western boundaries of that Electoral District and the Fendalton Electoral District, hereinbefore described to the point of commencement.

LYTTELTON

All that area, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the eastern boundary of part Reserve 2,507, contained in New Zealand Gazette, 1881, page 1482, and the mean high water mark of the South Pacific Ocean, at the south-eastern corner of the Avon Electoral District, hereinbefore described, and proceeding generally south-easterly and westerly along that mean high water mark and the mean high water mark of Lyttelton Harbour to a point in line with part Section 37, Maori Reserve 875 (Rapaki), contained in New Zealand Gazette, 1949, page 1811; thence south-easterly in a straight line to the mean high water mark of Lyttelton Harbour at the outlet of Church Gully at Church Bay; thence generally north-easterly along the mean high water mark of Lyttelton Harbour to Adderley Head; thence easterly along a right line to Baines Point; thence generally south-easterly along the mean high water mark of the South Pacific Ocean to a point at the head of Big Bay, Block XII, Pigeon Bay Survey District, in line with the middle of a road passing through Lot 2, D.P. 8985, part Lot 1, D.P. 8985 comprised in C.T. 802/77 and parts Lot 2 and 3, D.P. 3351 comprised in C.S.T. 760/4 and 760/3 respectively; thence generally south-westerly to and along the middle of that road to the middle of Old Pigeon Bay Road; thence generally southerly along the middle of that road and its production to the southern side of the road common to the northern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 8086; thence generally westerly and southerly along the northern and generally western boundaries of that lot, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of Port Levy-Pigeon Bay Road; thence south-easterly along that middle line to the middle of a road passing through Rural Sections 33405, 28291, 24203, adjoining the eastern boundary of part Lot 1, D.P. 1408 comprised in C.T. 348/37, and passing through Lots 2 and 3 D.P. 3964; thence southerly along the middle of that road to the middle of Sumner Road; thence generally westerly along the middle of Sumner Road and Mt Herbert Peak Road to the production of a right line passing through Mt Herbert to Mt Bradley; thence south-westerly to and along that line to Mt Bradley, Block XII, Halswell Survey District; thence north-westerly along a right line to Trig Station N, Block XI, Halswell Survey District; thence generally northerly along the summit of the Port Hills to a point on the eastern boundary of Rural Section 452 in line with the north-eastern boundary of Rural Section 452E; thence generally north-westerly to and along that boundary, to and across the present Sumner Road and along the eastern boundary of Rural Section 452Y to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Rural Section 37133; thence north-westerly to and along that boundary and its production to the north-eastern side of Worsleys Road; thence north-westerly along the north-eastern side of that road and its production to the westernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 16075 and continuing generally north-westerly along the north-eastern side of Worsleys Road to a point in line with the middle of Cashmere Stream on the southern boundary of the Sydenham Electoral District, hereinbefore described; thence generally easterly along the generally southern boundaries of that Electoral District and the Christchurch Central and Avon Electoral Districts, hereinbefore described, to the point of commencement including all wharves and extensions seaward and also including the Chatham Islands and all adjacent islands.

All that area, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the mean high water mark of the South Pacific Ocean, at the head of Big Bay, Block XII, Pigeon Bay Survey District, in line with the middle of a road passing through Lot 2, D.P. 3985, part Lot 1, D.P. 8985 comprised in C.S.T. 802/77 and parts Lot 2 and 3, D.P. 3351 comprised in C.S.T. 760/4 and 760/3 respectively, being a point on the south-eastern boundary of the Electoral District of Lyttelton, hereinbefore described, and proceeding generally south-easterly and south-westerly along the mean high water mark of the South Pacific Ocean to the south-eastern corner of Section 22, Maori Reserve 878 (Taumutu), Block VII, Southbridge Survey District; thence north-westerly by a right line to the southernmost point of the Halswell River mouth, abutting legal road and Section 7, Block VI, Reserve 959, situated in Block II, Ellesmere Survey District; thence generally northerly up the middle of the last-mentioned river to the north-eastern shore of Lake Ellesmere; thence generally north-westerly and southerly along the last-mentioned boundary to a point on the south-western boundary of part Reserve 959 contained in New Zealand Gazette, 1949, page 853; thence north-westerly along that boundary and its production to the middle of the Selwyn River mouth; thence generally northerly up the middle of that river to the middle line of Bealey Road, Block XIII, Hawkins Survey District; thence generally westerly and northerly along the middle lines of Bealey Road, Cordys Road and Milnes Road to a point in the middle of the Hororata River; thence generally north-westerly up the middle of that river and Boundary Stream to a point in line with the southernmost corner of Reserve 3296; thence north-easterly and north-westerly along the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of a portion of the last-mentioned reserve; thence by a right line on a bearing of 337Β° to the north-western corner of Rural Section 6082; thence generally north-easterly to and along the south-eastern boundary of Lot 91, D.P. 1325 and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle line of High Peak Road; thence generally north-westerly along the middle line of that road to the middle of the Selwyn River; thence generally north-easterly up the middle of that river, for a distance of 6 kilometres, to a point situated in Block II, Hororata Survey District; thence by a right line on a bearing of 316Β° 30' to a point on the middle line of Lyndon Road; thence generally south-westerly along the middle lines of Lyndon Road, Homebush Road and the last-mentioned road produced to the middle of the Acheron River; thence generally westerly down the middle of that river to the middle of the Rakaia River; thence generally north-westerly along the middle of the last-mentioned river, the Mathias River, the North Mathias River and Canyon Creek to Mathias Pass on the summit of the Main Divide, being a point on the south-eastern boundary of the West Coast Electoral District, hereinbefore described; thence generally north-easterly along the Main Divide to the summit of the Dampier Range, being a point on the western boundary of the Rangiora Electoral District, hereinbefore described; thence generally south-easterly along the generally south-west boundary of that Electoral District, the generally western boundary of the Christchurch North, Yaldhurst, Fendalton, and Sydenham Electoral Districts, hereinbefore described, and the generally western, southern and eastern boundaries of the Lyttelton Electoral District, hereinbefore described, to the point of commencement, including all wharves and extensions seaward and all adjacent islands.

ASHBURTON

All that area, bounded by a line commencing at McClure Peak on the summit of the Main Divide, in Block IV, Torlesse Survey District, being a point on the south-eastern boundary of the West Coast Electoral District, hereinbefore described, and proceeding generally south-easterly along the summit of the Two Thumb Range to a point being the source of Forest Creek in Block IX, Fox Survey District; thence generally north-easterly down the middle of that creek to the westernmost corner of Run 241; thence generally easterly along the southern boundaries of that run, part Run 302 comprised in C.L. 529/84, Run 297, Crown Land (formerly Pack Track Reserve), Run 297 and part Run 303, comprised in C.L. 1D/1466, to the westernmost corner of Run 353, situated in Block XI, Mount Peel Survey District; thence generally southerly along the original north-eastern, eastern and southern boundaries of Run 276 and the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of the Orari River; thence generally southerly down the middle of that river to Andrews Stream; thence westerly up the middle of that stream to the production of the western boundary of Rural Section 34447, Block VII, Four Peaks Survey District; thence southerly along that production to the northern boundary of Rural Section 40157; thence generally westerly and southerly along the northern and western boundaries of that rural section,
