All that area, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the middle lines of Holly Road and Papanui Road and proceeding generally southerly along the middle of Papanui Road; thence westerly along the middle of Bealey Avenue and its production to the middle of the Avon River; thence generally westerly along the middle of that river to a point in line with the middle of Deans Avenue; thence southerly to and along the middle of Deans Avenue to, and generally easterly along the middle lines of Moorhouse Avenue (Part SH 1), Waltham Road (SH 1) and the Main South Railway to the middle line of Ensors Road; thence generally north-easterly along the last-mentioned middle line and the middle of Ferry Road (SH 74) and Hagood Street to the middle line of Linwood Avenue; thence north-westerly along the last-mentioned middle line to a point in line with the western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 8825 (Bromley Cemetery); thence northerly to and along that boundary and its production to the middle line of Keighleys Road; thence generally northerly along the middle of Keighleys Road, McGregors Road, Rural Section 40295, Butterfield Avenue, Buckleys Road, Kerrs Road, and the last-mentioned middle line produced to the middle line of the Avon River; thence westerly along the middle line of that river to the southern boundary of the St Albans Electoral District, hereinafter described; thence westerly along that boundary to the point of commencement.
