Clause 31.1.2: Small Consignments
Omit this clause and substitute:

31.1.2 Small consignments: Newspapers, periodicals and advertising circulars not complying with the minima prescribed above and also stereotype casts and type set up for reproduction purposes and consigned by or to newspaper or periodical printers and publishers, shall be carried at the following rates with charges being computed on grouped weight for consignments to a single consignee:

Omit the present charge of 7 cents and substitute 8 cents.

Clause 31.1.5: Press Matter
Omit the present charge of 55 cents and substitute 62 cents.

Clause 33.1.1: One Rider
Omit the present minimum charge of $11.00 and substitute $12.50 (owner’s risk).

Clause 33.1.2: Multiple Riders
Omit the present minimum charge of $14.30 and substitute $16.50 (owner’s risk).

Clause 33.1.3: Parcels Carriers
Omit the present minimum charge of $14.30 and substitute $16.50 (owner’s risk).

Clause 33.5: Tricycles
Omit the present minimum charge of $10.00 and substitute $11.50.

Clause 33.6.1: Suburban Services
Omit the present maximum charge of $3.00 in the third line and substitute $3.50.

Clause 33.6.2: Long Distance Services (Road and Rail)
Omit the present minimum charge of $5.50 and substitute $6.50.
