EXPLANATORY NOTE: This exemption notice provides for:

(a) the exemption of:
(i) coated jumbo rolls of plastic materials exceeding 20 cm width;
(ii) pieces and cuttings of rabbit, sheep and lamb skins;
(iii) hat linings;
(iv) carpet weaving and tufting machinery; and

(b) amendments to existing exemptions to correct anomalies and maintain alignment with the Customs Tariff.
