CORRIGENDUM

Revision of District Valuation Rolls

PURSUANT to the Valuation of Land Act 1951, the Valuer-General determines that the District Valuation Roll for the district named in the Schedule be amended as shown. This amends New Zealand Gazette of 26 February 1987, No. 27, page 967.

CORRIGENDUM

Declaring Land to be Crown Land in Block XI, Mount Robson Survey District, Horowhenua County

In the notice with the above heading, dated 20 August 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 28 August 1986, No. 134 at page 3627, for the reference to “D.P. 21052” in the second line of the Schedule, read “D.P. 21062”, which plan reference appears in the original notice signed on behalf of the Minister of Works and Development.

Conferring Special Jurisdiction on the Maori Land Court

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At Wellington this 9th day of March 1987

Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council

PURSUANT to section 169 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General doth hereby confer upon the Maori Land Court jurisdiction to hear and determine as between Maori any claims to the ownership or possession of the land described in the Schedule hereto and to make such order or orders as the Court deems necessary or expedient.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land situated in Block XI, Whangape Survey District and described as follows:

Setting Apart Land in the Nelson Land District for the Purpose of the State Coal Mines Under the Coal Mines Act 1979

PURSUANT to section 107 of the Coal Mines Act 1979, I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby give notice that the land described in the Schedule hereto is set apart for the purpose of State Coal Mines.

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—BULLER COUNTY

All those pieces of land containing 811 square metres, more or less, being part of Section 1A and part of Section 4, square 143, Block I, Ngakawau Survey District, on Deposited Plan No. 3389, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 23rd day of December 1986.
