Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a lighthouse reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Maori Land Development Notice
Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1987, No. 4.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Declaring Railway Land at Goose Bay Not Now Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land Subject to a Height Restriction
Pursuant to sections 10, 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and sections 42 and 236 of the Public Works 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways hereby declares that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, subject as to that part of the land as described in the Second Schedule hereto, to a height restriction as described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
FIRST SCHEDULE
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—KAIKOURA COUNTY
Land to be Declared Crown Land
All that piece of land described as follows:
Area m²: 4210
Being: Section 19, Block XI, Hundalee Survey District, being part of the Main North Railway.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 35244 (S.O. 6560), deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railways Corporation at Wellington.
SECOND SCHEDULE
Land to be Subject to Height Restriction
All that piece of land described as follows:
That part of Section 19, Block XI, Hundalee Survey District, marked A on plan.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 35244 (S.O. 6560), deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railways Corporation at Wellington, and thereon marked as above mentioned.\n
THIRD SCHEDULE
Nature of Height Restriction Imposed
The New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby prohibits absolutely the siting of any tree, shrub, hedge, building, tower, hoarding, fence or any other structure on the land described in the Second Schedule hereto in any case where the height thereof exceeds 19.71 metres above the mean sea level Geodetic Datum 1949.
