Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Marlborough County Council on the 27th day of July 1984:

CERTIFIED RESOLUTION

That in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Marlborough County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a local purpose (site for a war memorial) reserve within the meaning of the said Act.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY
1892 square metres, more or less, being all D.P. 1025, Block II, Heringa Survey District. All certificate of title 27/102.

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, declares that said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Mataru Scenic Reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a gravel reserve over the land, described in the Schedule hereto.
