Notice is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New Zealand dated the 4th day of February 1987 confirming the reduction of the above-named company’s issued capital from $1,231,076.00 to $615,538.00 and nominal capital from $2,000,000.00 to $1,384,462.00 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the share capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 12th day of February 1987.

Martin Enterprises Ltd, dated 19 February 1986 have appointed Grant Logan Smith of Redan Road, Kaitaia, chartered accountant as receiver of D. & W.
