Land Acquired for Road in Block XI, Otamatea Survey District,
Rodney County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired for road which shall vest in The Rodney County
Council on the 19th day of February 1987.

Revoking a Declaration Acquiring Land for Road in Block V,
Waioneke Survey District, Rodney County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby revokes the declaration, dated
the 12th day of June 1986, published in the New Zealand Gazette
of 19 June 1986, No. 93, at page 2565, acquiring land for road in
Block V, Waioneke Survey District, Rodney County, pursuant to
section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981.
