Declaring Land to be Road in Block V, Waioneke Survey District, Rodney County

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road, which shall vest in The Rodney County Council.

All that piece of land containing 2.6772 hectares, situated in Block V, Waioneke Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. 53476, as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 57579, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Declaring Land to be Road in Block II, Tryphena Survey District, Great Barrier Island

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road, which shall vest in The Great Barrier Island Council.

All that piece of land containing 771 square metres, situated in Block II, Tryphena Survey District, being part Allotment 186, Aotea Parish; as shown marked “Z” on S.O. Plan 58169, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road which shall vest in The Hobson County Council;

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped;

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) and vested in The Whangarei County Council.
