Waitemata Harbour Maritime Planning Scheme Approved
The maritime planning scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1977 for the Waitemata Harbour Maritime Planning Area was approved by the Maritime Planning Authority by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 15th day of December 1987 after all objections, appeals and arbitrations relating to the scheme had been disposed of and the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed and all amendments of the maritime planning scheme required by the tribunal had been incorporated.
The authority has also resolved that the scheme shall come into operation on the 23rd day of December 1987.
Copies of the scheme as approved have been deposited in the authority's office at Auckland and may be inspected without fee by any person who so requires at any time when that office is open to the public.
