Take notice that the Wellington Diocesan Board of Trustees intends to promote a Private Bill, the object of which is to repeal the Wellington Diocesan Board of Trustees (Church of England) Empowering Act 1937.
The promoter of the Bill is the Wellington Diocesan Board of Trustees.
Trustees. The address to which communications or notices concerning the Bill may be sent is Olpherts, Solicitors, P.O. Box 208, Wellington.
A copy of the proposed Bill may be inspected in accordance with Standing Order 263 of the House of Representatives at the District Court, Wellington.

Urban Transport Council Appointments
Pursuant to the provisions of section 14 of the Urban Transport Act 1980, as amended by the Urban Transport Amendment Act 1985, the Coastal-North Otago United Council gives notice that:
Iona Williams, of Dunedin,
has been appointed a member of the Urban Transport Council,
and that:
Allan Wheeler Seddon, of Mosgiel,
has been appointed her deputy, by all the regional authorities acting jointly.

Notice of Intention to Take Land on Corner Blenheim Road and Clarence Street (Block XI, Christchurch Survey District) for Road
Notice is hereby given that the Riccarton Borough Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1981, intends to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road.
The land is to be used to widen the existing Clarence Street/Blenheim Road intersection and the taking is considered necessary for the safe and convenient use of the road.
Any person having an estate or interest in the land may within 20 working days after the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette send an objection to the Registrar, Planning Tribunal, Tribunals Division, Justice Department, Private Bag, Wellington. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be informed of the time and place of the hearing.
Schedule
All that piece of land containing 120 square metres, situated in Block XI, Christchurch Survey District; as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 17273, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch.
A copy of the plan may also be seen at the Riccarton Borough Council offices, 199 Clarence Street during normal office hours.
The land to be taken is situated within the property known as 109 Clarence Street.

I hereby declare the results of the polls taken on Wednesday, 25 November 1987, to determine whether the electors of parts of the Belfast and Styx Ridings wish to become part of the Christchurch Drainage Board District. Full descriptions of the respective areas were set out in a public notice of polls given on 10 October 1987. Copies of those descriptions and plans of the areas are available at the Waimairi District Council office, corner Jeffreys and Clyde Roads, Fendalton, during normal office hours.
