Amending a Notice Declaring Land in Borough of Westport Held for a Teacher’s Residence to be Crown Land

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 10th day of September 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 17 September 1987, No. 160 at page 4336, declaring land in the Borough of Westport held for a teacher’s residence to be Crown land, by omitting reference to ‘All New Zealand Gazette, 1972/369’, and inserting instead ‘Part Gazette notice 139727’.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road and Land Taken in Strathallan County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 23rd day of July 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 30 July 1987, No. 123 at page 3526, declaring land to be road and land taken in Strathallan County, by adding to paragraph (c) the words ‘and to be set apart for the same purposes and be subject to the same reservation and control as described in New Zealand Gazette 1958/628’.
