Pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Road to be Stopped and Vested in the District of Dannevirke

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the parts of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that the stopped road (now known as Section 1, S.O. 6289 and Section 2, S.O. 6289 respectively) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 11/951, subject to mortgages 294677.1, 330961.1, 326370.1, 366787.2 and 313775.1 in the Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.
