The Trustees for the time being of the St. Mary's (Hamilton) Credit Union, registered under the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, hereby gives notice that on the 8th day of December 1987 it appointed Grant MacIntosh and Warwick Mark Aitken, both of Hamilton, chartered accountants whose offices are at the offices of Messrs Arthur Young & Co., Chartered Accountants, AMP Building, 586 Victoria Street, Hamilton, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property of this company pursuant to powers contained in a debenture dated the 2nd day of December 1971. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all it's real and personal property and all assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever both present and future including it's uncalled and unpaid capital.
