In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Waikato Deer Transport Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Queen Street, Cambridge and carrying on business there as transporters:
Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 2nd day of November 1987, presented to the said Court by Central Deer Transport; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Hamilton on the 8th day of February 1988 in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Notice is hereby given that by an order dated the 3rd day of November 1987 the High Court confirmed the reduction of the paid up share capital of Turners & Gows Ltd. from two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) to five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00).
That order and a minute approved by the Court were on the 4th day of December 1987 registered with the Registrar of Companies. Reduction of share capital takes effect from the 4th day of December 1987.

The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Chris Larsen Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 1st day of December 1987, the bank appointed Murray Charles Day and Ian McCormick Sommerville both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, 80 London Street, Hamilton, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 9th day of February 1987. The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever both present and future including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
