NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

Land Acquired for a Limited Access Road in Strathallan County

Pursuant to sections 20 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a limited access road which has become road, limited access road, and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the 10th day of December 1987.

All those pieces of land situated in Block III, Patiti Survey District, described as follows:

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a secondary school.
