In terms of Regulation 70(b)(iii) of the Customs Regulations 1968, ‘Goods Wholly Manufactured in Australia’, the following materials have been determined:

Blended Alkali extracted Ossein Acid extracted PigsKin Gelatin BP 150 Bloom with not more than 40 PPM Sulphur Dioxide, not more than 15 PPM Iron and colour of 45% Mass does not exceed 8 using Lovibond No. 3 colour Comparator with Gardner Disc.

Alkaline extracted Ossein Gelatin BP 150 Bloom with not more than 15 PPM Sulphur Dioxide, not more than 15 PPM Iron and Colour of 13% Mass does not exceed 8 using Lovibond No. 3 Colour Comparator with Gardner Disc.

This determination is effective from 15 August 1985

In terms of Regulation 70(b)(iii) of the Customs Regulations 1968, ‘Goods Wholly Manufactured in Australia’, the following materials have been determined:

Oxandroin (odourless Garlic Powder Extract) Meeting all of the following:
(A) Light yellowish-white, almost odourless powder with a slightly sweet taste
(B) Loss of drying less than 7% W/W at 105C for 4 hours
(C) Soluble in water, almost insoluble in pure Methanol and Ethanol
Inositol. Food Chemicals Codex Third Edition Grade, with no particle having a diameter greater than 180 Micron

This determination is effective from 24 September 1985
