In terms of Regulation 70(b)(iii) of the Customs Regulations 1968, ‘Goods Wholly Manufactured in Australia’, the following materials have been determined:
Choline Bitartrate, Food Chemicals Codex third Edition no particle greater than 180 microns in diameter

This determination is effective from 11 October 1983

RULES OF ORIGIN — DETERMINATION OF IMPORTED MATERIAL

NOTICE 1987 — 3

In terms of Regulation 70(b)(iii) of the Customs Regulations 1968, ‘Goods Wholly Manufactured in Australia’, the following materials have been determined:

Ginseng Root Powder, the Dried Root of Panax Ginseng
Aminobenzoic Acid, British Pharmacopoeia 1980 addendum 1982 or United States Pharmacopoeia XX Grade. No particle greater than 180 micron in diameter
Lecithin. Food Chemicals Codex Third Edition Grade with all of the added specifications
(A) Acetone insoluble matter — not less than 60% W/W
(B) Hexane insoluble matter — not less than 0.05%
(C) Water content not more than than 0.75% W/W
DL-Methionine, Food Chemicals Codex Third Edition. No particle being greather than 180 micron in diameter
dl-Alpha Tocopherol Acetate, British pharmacopoeia 1980 or United States Pharmacopoeia XX Grade
d-Alpha Tocopherol, 67%, meeting the following specifications —
Contains not less than 670mg of d-Alpha Tocopherol per gram
Nicotinamide, British Pharmacopoeia 1980 or United States Pharmacopoeia XX Grade. No particle greater than 180 micron diameter
Thiamine Mononitrate, United States, Pharmacopoeia XX Grade. No particle greater
