Revocation of the Standard Rates of Allowances for the Treatment of Milk

The Commerce Commission acting pursuant to section 70 (12) of Commerce Act 1986, has given notice in writing to the New Zealand Federation of Milk Stations (Inc.) on 19 November 1987, that Decisions 187 and 1951 of the Commerce Commission, which fixed the standard rates of allowances payable in respect of the treatment of milk, have been revoked.
