Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a technical institute and shall vest in the Crown on the 19th day of November 1987.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land in Ashburton County Held for Development of Water-Power (Springfield Substation) to be Crown Land

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 2nd day of July 1987 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 9 July 1987, No. 107 at page 3174, declaring land in Ashburton County held for development of water-power (Springfield substation) to be Crown land by omitting from the body of the notice the following:

“and subject to the easement granted by transfer 78641”.
