Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974

Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974

Pursuant to Regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode
Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following
lands are declared to be infected areas:

The land on which potato cyst nematode had been found:

An area of 10.44 hectares more or less, situated north of and
adjoining Heywards Road, in Block III of the Christchurch
Survey District, being Lots 1 and 2 of Deposited Plan 26976,
C.T. 12K/327 and C.T. 12K/328 Canterbury Registry.

Conservation

Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Manager,
Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following
resolution was passed by the Mount Roskill Borough Council
on the 25th day of August 1987:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section
14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Mount Roskill Borough
Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the
said borough in fee simple and described in the Schedule
hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a
recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act."

Schedule

North Auckland Land District—Mount Roskill Borough

21.7137 hectares, more or less, being part Lot 1, D.P. 18768,
situated in Block VIII, Titirangi Survey District. All certificate
of title 51B/1367.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Manager,
Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following
resolution was passed by the Rodney County Council on the
27th day of March 1986:

"That pursuant to sections 14 and 16 of the Reserves Act,
the land described below (in the Schedule hereto) known
as "Shuttleworth Reserve" be constituted (vested) and
classified as a recreation reserve."

1170 square metres, more or less, being Lot 12, D.P. 108386,
situated in Block XII, Waiwera Survey District. Part certificate
