Decision No. 213 (Ref: AUT/MT F7/3)

On 5 November 1987 the Commerce Commission determined to decline to authorise a proposal that Fletcher Challenge Ltd. acquire up to 35 percent of the issued share capital of NZ Forest Products Ltd.
