National Roads Board—Revoking Declaration of a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 14 October 1987 and pursuant to section 153, subsection (4) of the Public Works Act 1981, hereby revokes its declaration of limited access road from that part of State Highway No. 83 at Omarama commencing at its junction with State Highway 8 and extending eastwards for 192 metres along its centreline for its full width and for a further 256 metres for half its width on the northern side as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of Plan LA 70/95/99 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Manager, Ministry of Works and Development, Dunedin and there available for public inspection.

National Roads Board—Revoking Declaration of a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 14 October 1987 and pursuant to section 153, subsection (4) of the Public Works Act 1981, hereby revokes its declaration of limited access road from those parts of State Highway No. 8 at Omarama described as:

1. Commencing at the intersection of State Highway 8 and 83, for a distance of 260 metres for its full width northwards and for a further 250 metres for half its width on the eastern side.

2. Commencing at the intersection of State Highway 8 and 83, for a distance of 240 metres for its full width southwards and for a further 288 metres for half its width on the western side.

As more particularly shown on sheet 1 of Plan LA 70/66/100 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Manager, Ministry of Works and Development, Dunedin and there available for public inspection.
